Mission & Vision

Go therefore and make disciples...

The Vision

“We exist to be a life-giving church to the world by teaching Gods word, reaching the stranded and unleashing the church.”

Jesus Christ came to give us abundant life (John 10:10). When we receive life
in Jesus, we become a part of His mission (Matt 28:19-20; Acts 1:8).
With Jesus, there are no limitations (Eph 3:20-21). Our mission is to be an
outpost of life. Therefore, we take responsibility to be a life-giving church to the world.

Every ministry and mission strategy at Calvary New Life in Nashua is dependent on
the “power at work within us – The Holy Spirit. Therefore, we pray
(Acts 4:31) because we want what’s done among us to be of God, not us. (1 Cor 2:1-5)

With the direction of the Spirit of God and through much prayer, our first priority
is teaching the word. The word is the foundation for all we are and for
all we do. We read, pray, study, teach, preach and live the word of God.

Knowing God loves people, we reach the stranded who are far from God.
We understand the problem (Rom 3:23, “For all have sinned and fall short
of the glory of God”). The church is God Himself reaching the stranded and bringing
glory to Himself. We go after the stranded knowing we once
were stranded (Eph 2:1-4). Reaching the stranded is our burning focus.

Once the stranded have been rescued, they need growth. Scripture calls this
disciple making. A living giving church makes disciples.
It walks with people on the journey of growth. Why? Because when
spiritual growth happens a believer is unleashed to make an
impact for God in the world. We unleash the church with the gospel
in a world stranded from God.

The Mission

The mission of Calvary New Life in Nashua is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
